Alan Anderson, Tesoro Regional Vice President and Mandan North Dakota Refinery Manager, was elected Chairman of the North Dakota Petroleum Council Board of Directors. Rick Ross, Whiting Oil and Gas, was elected Vice-Chairman, Craig Smith, Fleck, Mather & Strutz, was elected Treasure; and Ryan Kopseng, Missouri River Royalty was elected Secretary at the Petroleum Council’s 25th Annual Meeting in Bismarck.
